Clarity and confidence for organisations
Helping you develop leaders, strengthen teams, and make strong, informed, people decisions.
I’m Rachel Lane, and I help organisations make clear, confident decisions about their people. Whether developing leaders, strengthening teams, or navigating change, I bring a calm, practical approach that turns insight into meaningful action.
With over 20 years’ experience coaching leaders—and experience in leadership roles myself—my work is grounded in real-world practice, not just theory. As an accredited practitioner of the Thomas PPA, I support individuals and organisations in understanding strengths, behaviour, and working styles in a way that leads to practical change.
I am also faculty in the Department of Clinical Neuroscience at University of Oxford, where I tutor senior medical students in patient experience and the doctor as leader, and contribute to a reflective programme exploring death and dying. Alongside my coaching, my work with medical students and lived experience of multiple sclerosis shape how I support others—bringing a grounded understanding of resilience, complexity, and decision-making under pressure.
I work with both global and local organisations, with a particular commitment to supporting leaders in the non-profit sector. My partnership with leaders in Ukraine has prompted me to learn the language… slowly!
