Profiles for recruitment
Will this person fit in our existing team? What will they be like under pressure? What pace of work could we expect from them? How will they communicate best?
Together we create an ideal candidate profile, including traits you need in the role and how to balance the team. Candidates complete a Personal Profile Analysis, and I create a report that gives you:
- insight into the person’s motivations, stressors, communication style, working style and more.
- a comparision with your ideal candidate profile
- interview questions to probe further
