Never has keeping an open mind proved to be such good advice: the whole experience has been properly transformational \u2013 not a word I use lightly! <br><br>My extended period working with Rachel has spanned being a relatively new Head of function to being an established director at a national children\u2019s charity. Two things really stand out from this time. The first is Rachel\u2019s skill in using a variety of coaching tools and skills to support me to find actionable strategies for problems I\u2019m having in my roles. <br><br>The profile analysis has enabled me to understand my strengths as a leader and how I can harness these without my potential areas of weakness holding me back. Having these profiles for my team has also made it so much easier to adapt my line management style for team members who need different things for me. <br><br>The second is Rachel\u2019s ability to shine a light on unexpected area that I hadn\u2019t been able to articulate were parts of my leadership that I was struggling with \u2013 such as fundamental questions of how different aspects of my identity come together to make me the leader I am.
